At Steppers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items showing signs of damage, wear, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@steppers.uk with your order number.
  • Our support team will guide you with the return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
